Its core business is to provide consultancy services to clients with an overarching purpose of inclusive human development and a bid to influence attendant policies and practices that result in the best outcomes for all, especially for the poor and vulnerable population. PCL focuses on health system strengthening, policy analysis, leadership and organizational development, health financing, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
